The Titan Water Well Pumping System.
Water wells in remote areas can now be produced efficiently and economically using conventional energy or electricity produced by
solar cells or wind generators.
The Titan water well pumping system consists of the energy efficient
Titan Pump Jack, Titan hollow sucker rods and the specially adapted down-stroke downhole pump. Because of its energy efficiency, the
Titan pumping unit can meet, or exceed, the capacity of a standard electric submersible pump using approximately 1/4 the number of
solar panels. Depending on the depth of the well, the Titan system can be configured to deliver between two and fifteen gallons per minute.
When a new well is drilled for use with the Titan system, it can be slim-hole drilled and cased with 2-7/8” to 3-1/2” used tubing and considerable savings can be realized from day one. Our special
Titan down-stroke pump can handle up to 20% solids without noticeable wear for many years, thus creating even greater savings.
The Titan water well pumping system utilizing solar panels or wind generators can now efficiently and economically supply ranches or small community populations in remote developing countries of the world. On shallow wells utilizing solar panels, the
Titan water well pumping system utilizing solar panels or wind generators can produce approximately 9,000 gallons of water during daylight hours.
