9. All matched up
If your first line of data has Column Titles select Yes, Skip first record otherwise the system will also import your column titles.
When you import aging data, it is expected that the next time you import data any resolved records will no longer be apart of the import. If you remove your resolved clients from your aging data you may select Yes, Resolve missing records. This will automatically tag any active records in our database that are missing from this import as Resolved

When you are sure all columns are matched up, click Import the above Data.
If the system Fails to read your file please contact us and we will look at your file format.
The next time you perform an import, the system will remeber the last categories you chose.
