After procurement of the needed equipment, Oilfield Equipment Services books the cargo through the Houston Intercontinental Airport or the Port of Houston. We have computerized forms for the Airway Bill, Ocean Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice and Packing List. We prepare the export packaging and preparation for small shipments. With medium size shipments we arrange and oversee the Export Crating or Skidding to insure the lowest costs for the client. On large shipments, we arrange and oversee the stuffing of ocean containers inside the Port of Houston to maximize the tonnage allowed on each container and avoid the limitations imposed by local city and state laws for over-the road deliveries. When shipping small, less-than-full container loads, we contract with Non-Vessel Owning Common Carriers who consolidate several shippers’ cargo into one ocean container at very low freight rates.

All of the freight forwarding, documentation, supervision of stuffing of the containers and proper securing of the equipment for safe passage to the destination are provided by Oilfield Equipment Services at no additional charge to the overseas client. The client receives copies of all invoices for labor and materials for the purchased equipment, inland delivery, materials and labor for stuffing of the containers, materials and labor for securing of the cargo and other miscellaneous costs of the transactions.
