THE TULSA WELLHEAD COMPONENTS

Oilfield Equipment Services is very proud to introduce the Tulsa Production 'Compact-T' Wellhead. It is the most innovative, low profile, complete production wellhead on the market today. It is a one-piece production wellhead that includes the Production Blowout Preventer, Production Flow Tee, and The Production Oilwell Stuffing Box. This combination wellhead has a lower profile by 19" (0.5 meter) than a wellhead consisting of the three different components. When the stuffing box packing is removed and the blowout preventer rams are backed off, the sucker rod string and downhole insert pump can be pulled without lost time by the workover rig, making the workover less costly which results in greater savings on your production costs.

Because of its lower profile, the Tulsa Compact-T Production Wellhead allows the pumper to change out the stuffing box packing while standing on the ground, thus resulting in greater
safety for an employee who is normally alone. 

THE TULSA AUTO-ALIGN STUFFING BOX

The Tulsa Compact-T Production Wellhead is also available with a fourth feature, the AUTO-ALIGN, which allows the stuffing box to follow a misaligned polished rod by bending to meet the misalignment and prevent destruction of the stuffing box packing and eventual damage to the polished rod. With this TULSA AUTO-ALIGN feature, the stuffing box can bend, or flex, in all 360 degrees of direction.

THE TULSA DOUBLE PACK STUFFING BOX

If your oil well is in an ecologically perilous location, such as near a lake or river, the TULSA DOUBLE PACK STUFFING BOX can be employed to eliminate all spills that would possibly damage the environment and reduce possible liability. THE TULSA DOUBLE PACK STUFFING BOX can replace the standard caps on most stuffing boxes. It consists of an additional stuffing box with a chamber below to catch any leakage of the lower stuffing box packing and with its pressure gauge can easily warn the pumper that leakage is occurring.

THE TULSA 'SAFE-T STOP LEAK STUFFING BOX CAP'

The TULSA 'SAFE-T STOP LEAK STUFFING BOX CAP' is a unique feature that results in reducing production costs by eliminating gas or fluid leaks when the polished rod parts and the sucker rod string falls. This unique stuffing box cap can replace the standard caps on most stuffing boxes. It consists of a flapper valve constructed entirely of polymers that will automatically close when the polished rod falls. It also has a chamber with a leak detector that will stop the pumping unit when it detects a stuffing box packing leak.

THE TULSA 'POLISHED ROD LUBRICATOR AND PUMP-OFF'

The Tulsa 'Polished Rod Lubricator and Pump-Off is a combination unit that is installed above any stuffing box and one of its reservoirs will continuously lubricate the polished rod to eliminate excessive wear on the stuffing box packing and excessive heating of the polished rod. The additional cavity will catch any leakage of the packing and the leak detector will stop the pumping unit.
