WATER WELL PUMPING WITH THE AJUSTA PUMP

When a person sees our Ajusta Pump operating in a field somewhere, they automatically think it is an oil well or gas well     pumping unit. However, even though it is the most efficient and adjustable pumping unit ever introduced, it may just be pumping a water well for a rancher or a small community.

The Ajusta Pump, because of its efficiency, can operate a water well at over 130 meters (425') and produce 2.0 GPM of water  using just six solar panels. An electric submersible pump, operating on that well producing 2.0 GPM would require 25 solar panels.

The electric submersibles during an 8-hour day can operate at the below depths and production levels:

Submersibles

Depth

Ajusta Pump

No. of  panels / Avg. 51 Watts

10M/33'   70M/220'   130M/425'

GPD/GPM        GPD/GPM      GPD/GPM

No. of panels / Avg. 51 Watts

           12              505             9600/20                    6                248
           12              675                             1536/3.2               6                248
           25             1050                                                 960/2.0            6                248

Most 51-watt solar panels sell for over $500 per panel. As indicated in the above chart, the deeper the well, the more efficient Ajusta Pump becomes as compared to submersible pumps. Although submersibles are less expensive than Ajusta Pumps, the difference in savings in the number of solar panels required by Ajusta Pump will more than pay for the Ajusta Pump.

Although most production for water is in the 2GPM to 4GPM range, Ajusta Pump is being used to produce 15GPM to 20GPM from 200ft plus deep wells. These results are being accomplished by using either 1HP or 1.5HP motors with approximately twenty-four 51-watt solar panels. Currently, 4 inch down hole pumps are used to achieve these results in numerous water wells on arid Mexican ranches. The amazing Ajusta Pump was  intentionally designed to allow overhead clearance of irrigation systems.

Remote villages and ranches in developing countries that have no power supply can have running water available to them by using the efficient Ajusta Pump. Diesel powered units are also available.
