The Tulsa Double Pack Stuffing Box replaces the cap on most standard stuffing boxes on the market today. The additional stuffing box is above a chamber below. When the bottom stuffing box is leaking, the chamber will begin to fill and the gauge will show the pressure build-up, alerting the pumper. Tulsa Safe-T and Safe-T Stop Leak Shut Off Valves

The Tulsa Safe-T Shut Off Valve and Oil Leak Detector with Pump-Off has a combination leak detector and shut off switch in the reservoir to shut down the pumping unit or to activate an alarm system. It detects leaks produced by worn stuffing box packing, reduces fire hazards, and prevents pollution on nearby rivers and lakes.

The Tulsa Polished Rod Lubricator and Leak Detector Shut-Off Switch reduces production costs dramatically. The polished rod lubricator reservoir provides continuous lubrication to the polished rod, preventing its running dry and premature wearing of the  stuffing box packing. The leak detector reservoir will catch any oil leaks from going onto the ground at the wellsite, thus saving clean-up costs and reducing environmental problems. The shut-off switch will shut down the pumping unit until the stuffing box packing can be replaced.
