Magnetic Fluid Conditioning

Scientists have known for many years that treating water, hydrocarbons and other fluids by passing them through powerful magnetic fields, would affect cloud point, viscosity, pour point, surface tension and deposition temperatures.

The benefit of placing Paraffin-Free Magnetic Downhole Tool in your tubing string will result in an improvement in production, reduction or elimination of hot oiling, chemicals, and mechanical treatments.  In most cases, you can remove existing deposits and inhibit the formation of new scale in your entire downhole production string, surface lines, separators, heat treaters, etc.

The Paraffin-Free Tool accomplishes all of the above by utilizing new high energy, permanent magnets made of either ceramic or rare earth materials.  These powerful new materials allow treatment of the fluids in the production string without the need for an external power source.

The Paraffin-Free Mark I tool utilizes low cost ceramic magnets and non-magnet tubing. It is designed to be as economical as possible and treat fluids in oilwells at a reasonable price. It will treat the average low production pumping well with average paraffin and mineral scale problems.  Due to its low cost, the Paraffin-Free Mark I is the most economical of all magnetic fluid conditioners.

The Paraffin-free Mark II and Mark III lines were developed for wells with more severe paraffin problems such as wells produced by gas-lift, or high production flowing wells that will not respond to the economical Paraffin-free Mark I.

The Paraffin-Free Mark II tools are made of high strength carbon steel pipe with a permanent ceramic magnet assembly inserted internally with the full strength of the field treating the fluids.

The Paraffin-Free Mark III tools are made exactly like the Mark II , except they utilize much more expensive, very powerful rare earth magnets made of either Neodynium, or Samarium. These magnets are at least 200 to 250 percent more powerful than ceramic magnets and many times more effective for even the most severe paraffin and scaling problems.

Our line of Paraffin-Free "Pump Master" tools were developed as an economical solution to well deposits produced by pumping units. These low cost units are made of stainless steel and are screwed onto the bottom of the pump and sized to fit through conventional seating nipples. It is not necessary to pull the tubing string, as these tools can be installed when the pump and the rods are pulled to change out the pump. The well fluids are in direct contact with the very powerful magnetic assembly and the resultant treatment is very efficient from the pump all the way to the tank, or separator.

Paraffin-Free also produces a full line of surface linepipe tools to treat the produced  fluids all the way to the storage tank, even in cold weather conditions.
