Ajusta Pump.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SETUP OR OPERATION.Oil Field Equipment Services

  1. NOTE: To avoid damage to well components, the sucker rods must always be secured when adjusting any of the beams, the crank arm or removing weights. 
     As with all heavy equipment, caution should always be exercised to avoid injury.

  2. Read all instructions pertaining to motor wiring (on serial plate number) and controller wiring prior to turning on current to controller and motor.

  • When motor is properly wired, the crank shaft should rotate in a clockwise direction when viewed from the crank side of the transmission output shaft, (see Diagram 1).

  • Bearings should be lightly lubricated prior  to operating Ajusta Pump. 
    NOTE: Do not over lubricate as this  will disturb seal on bearings.

  • Oil Field Equipment Services

    1. Check gear box to insure it has sufficient oil.
      NOTE: Gear box should come from factory with sufficient oil in it.

    2. When assembling Ajusta Pump,  the pitman arm should be in a near perfect vertical position to the crank arm, (see Diagram 2)

    3. Ajusta Pump bearings should be    protected (as with all other bearings) when used in a Desert Region that is susceptible to sand storms.( i.e. wrap with tape, etc).
