Caution! On DC applications many controllers are equipped with a variable speed control,  (VSC).  Before starting motor, confirm that the VSC is set for a slow setting.  Once motor is started, adjust VSC to achieve desired SPM.  Being careful not to exceed recommended SPM for the length of stroke you are using.
