The completely adjustable and balanceable Ajusta Pump is a small, efficient pumping unit that can pump most existing wells from 400 feet to 7,000 feet down using motors as small as 1/3 HP DC up to 2 HP AC. Ajusta Pump operating efficiencies allow for greater BPD with lower watt requirements. 300 watts (the equivalent of two 150 watt light bulbs) will yield 20 BPD from 2,300 feet. In most test cases three to ten horsepower AC motors and pump jacks are replaced with Ajusta Pumps equipped with 1/2 HP motors.

Where allowed, Ajusta Pump converts AC current to DC which allows for a variable speed control. This also means in remote locations solar panels or wind generators can be used. Ajusta Pump is a sturdy, durable and reliable pump jack requiring a minimum of maintenance.

Our unique, patented down-stroke down-hole pump produces the fluid on the down stroke, thus eliminating the need for a larger pumping unit to lift the column of fluid. It also results in a much smaller sucker rod string. Since the pumping unit has a maximum stroke length of only 36”, it also means that the down-hole pump and the polished rod are both shorter and much more economical.
