Standard Sucker Rod Systems And The Innovative “Patriot” Down Hole Pump  

Oilfield Equipment Services introduces the most energy efficient oilwell, gas well and water well production system in the World. Our small “Titan” Pumping Units and “The Patriot” downhole sucker rod pump for natural gas and oil well pump jack replacement can produce over 35 bbls of fluid from 2400 to 3500 feet (700 to 1,060 meters) using only a 2 to 3 HP electric motor, and from 50 to 100 bbls of fluid per day from shallow wells 400 feet to 2,400 feet (125 to 700 meters) utilizing only a 1/2 to 1 HP motor with traditional or alternative sources of electricity. These very efficient pump jacks can also be supplied with natural gas engines with automatic start-and-stop systems. The Patriot downhole sucker rod pump is unique in that it pumps on the down-stroke by utilizing the energy produced by the weight of the descending sucker rod string and produces the fluid with a solid plunger which pushes the fluids, sand and gas downward in the pump barrel and out through a bottom side discharge valve. On the up-stroke of the pumping unit, it only has to lift the empty sucker rod string and no fluid is produced. This system can handle fluids containing up to 20% solids such as formation sand, frac sand and iron sulfides without early wear to the pump. This allows for much longer run times without workovers and pump repair, dramatically lowering operating costs. Utilization of the Patriot Downhole Pump will allow the use of a smaller pumping unit, usually one model smaller. As an example: A 9800 foot gas well can be pumped off by the Patriot Down Hole Pump and a model D228-246-74.

Titan Hollow Sucker Rod System

When the small, energy efficient Titan Pump Jack is utilized in conjunction with the “Titan Hollow Sucker Rod System, oil & gas wells down to 2,500 feet (760 meters) can be efficiently produced. The Titan Hollow Sucker Rod System employs its own down-stroke down hole pump allowing the production of up to 20% solids without damage to the downhole pump. 

Water Well Production

The Titan Hollow Sucker Rod System also provides efficient production of water wells, giving much longer run times without costly pump repairs. The energy efficient Titan Pumping Unit can supply water to remote ranchers or village populations by utilizing conventional electricity or energy produced by solar or wind power.
